Terms, Regulations & Policies:

    • Usage of mobile phones to be permitted during the break time, as & when provided. Usage of personal Laptops or other electronic gadgets are prohibited, unless been asked to.
    • Eating, drinking (non-alcoholic beverages) or chewing gum, smoking etc. is restricted inside the academy.
    • Usage of any narcotic substances or alcohol is strictly prohibited in any part of the academy premises and or within one hundred meters of the building, If found doing so the students will be rusticated permanently with immediate effect alongside legal actions if applicable.
    • Friends / relatives / known person, of respective students are not allowed to enter the training bay, recording studio or jam room. – So if necessary, they can wait in the reception lounge. Please keep the facility clean.
    • Any problem faced / suggestions / queries / feedback / grievances, on training or non-training related topics, please contact via email.
    • Once the session is over for the day, please leave the premise duly, unless been asked to stay back.
    • Consuming time (during or after the class schedule / at the academy premise) with personal / non-academic related matters shall not be entertained.
    • Each and every applicant / student must provide a copy of any one Govt. issued valid Identity Card.
    • Any due payment amount overdue for over 5 days will attract a fine of 25% of total payment amount due and payable within 5 days from the 5th overdue day.
    • Any payment amount overdue for over 10 days will lead to dismissal of the student from the course.
    • Registration Renewal Clause
    • Once enrolment is done, it cannot be cancelled. There will be no-refund policy in any circumstance.
    • Pro Sonic offers EMI under study finance through external NBFC firm(s) and such offers if opted by any student(s) shall be in complete discretion with the NBFC firm(s).
    • Accepting these terms, students opting for such EMI scheme(s) have given all consents to Pro Sonic to share relevant students data to NBFCs to channelize and execute such scheme(s).
    • In case of any dispute or default or any situation with study finance, Pro Sonic holds no responsibility and hence the students, involved in such situation, shall be held responsible alongside the consequences.
    • In case of any dispute or default or any situation with study finance, Pro Sonic shall stop all relevant training / classes / services offered to the students until a formal resolution of such situation is achieved by the students.
    • Under any circumstances of student dismissal, course registration cancellation, course forfeit and/or any other situations wherein there is a permanent discontinuation from ongoing Pro Sonic program, Pro Sonic will not involve into any activities with or on behalf of the student related to any ongoing study finance and shall maintain the no-refund policy.
    • Appearance on any external certification examination(s) (Domestic / Global), associated (if any) to an enrolled course program is subjected solely and only by clearing one (or more) screening examination(s) conducted by Pro Sonic Edu with a minimum of 90% of scoring marks. Failing which or in any no-show situation for the screening examination(s), appearance on the respective external certification examination(s) (domestic / global), associated (if any) to an enrolled course program will no longer be prohibited. 
    • A prior notice (at least 24 Hours before), to be made if not planning to attend a regular or special class schedule. For any change in class schedules, respective student must inform at least a week advance & the same shall be reviewed and considered accordingly.
    • Once (if) any screening examination(s) (mentioned earlier) date(s) is declared by Pro Sonic Edu, rescheduling the same is strictly prohibited.
    • Facility of classes / training/ projects/ studio access is not limited to a single location within the same city.
    • Keeping in line on any scope for upgradations in course modules or new technology integrations, location of such facility may change, if such process is not well suited within the same present facility location. In such circumstances a prior notice will be officially broadcasted amongst the students and the students must comply to accept those changes and make necessary adjustments to get themselves involved in the upgraded facility and environment.
    • Any process of renovation / upgradation / shifting the facility to a new location may cause a temporary break in any ongoing training session / services offered to the students and in such circumstances, students are required to accept such pause and co-operate with the academy management / training team. Duration of such breaks / halts will be evaluated based on the scope and nature of the renovation / upgradation / shifting to a new location. There could be situations, where such breaks / halts duration may extend beyond projections, arising out of unavoidable circumstances, the same shall be informed to the students and adequate non-monetary compensations shall be provided to every student involved (in terms of extended training / module upgrades / technology upgrades / etc.) in such situations without adding any further fee. 
    • Depending on the evaluated duration of such breaks / halts, Pro Sonic management and the training department may also offer online sessions / training / services to the students during such breaks / halts and the same shall not be considered and be counted under the individual course program.
    • Any student under any ongoing course program and with any ongoing Education Finance based EMI and involved in any process of renovation / upgradation / localised facility relocation causing any academic breaks / halts, the EMI payment scheme shall continue as scheduled by the NBFC finance partner as pausing or temporarily stopping EMI payment facility is and will not be made available. 
    • In any circumstances of temporary breaks / halts in any ongoing session / training / services related to any new technological integrations, Pro Sonic shall adequately extend the session / training / services tenure to the students (who are directly involved in any breaks / halts) to provide necessary bridge course on the new technology (if implemented by the academy) without any added costs.
    • For any change in class schedules (from Pro Sonic), the same shall be conveyed to the respective student with prior notice.
    • Any class(s) schedule been cancelled (particular basis or continuous basis) by the academy authority, will not be counted, and the same will be rescheduled.
    • Any class been cancelled due to power issues / nature / unavoidable circumstances, will not be counted, and the same will be rescheduled.
    • Any official communication by the student/guardian to the management is going to be considered valid only via Email.
    • Leave communications via phone calls/messages/any other platforms, apart from Email, will not be considered valid unless an untimely severe medical emergency occurrence and is validated from the guardians of the student.
    • Student(s) if absconding/not reporting to the scheduled classes as per the criteria below will have their enrolment cancelled from the academy & their respective registration will go void without any further notice.
  1. Unscheduled absence without valid notifications 24 hours prior to absence alongside supportive documents via email only.
  2. Students absconding for more than two weeks without valid notifications to the period of absence alongside supportive documents via email only.
  3. In case of minors the local guardian/parents need to send an official email to the management.
  4. If in a medical emergency situation, a basic communication (to Pro Sonic management) should be made followed by an email with proper medical documents as soon as the student’s condition permits. In such cases, medical fit certificate is mandatory to resume the sessions.
  • Every student is entitled to have only one scheduled absence/leave in a calendar month of their course enrolment adhering to communicating the management & trainers via email only.
  • Every student is entitled to rescheduling their class/session/practical only for one instance in a calendar month of their respective course duration. If a situation arises wherein there is no valid request for the above said pointer via email as per the norms above, the management/trainers shall not be entitled to reschedule/conduct an ad hoc repeat session for the missed classes.
  • On completion of the course, each of the student needs to appear for an internal examination program, to apply for the respective Certificates. – The format of which to be informed and explained duly. — If cancelled or denied or no appearance for by student(s) will void the certificate.
  • Minimum of 40% on each examination domain to be achieved to be eligible for the Certificate. Anything more than 40% will fetch certificate based on grades upon the marks obtained in each examination domain. If failed, re-examination clause applied.
  • Any freebies (if offered) to students by Pro Sonic, handover of such are subjected to the stock availability. 
  • Warranty claims and servicing of any freebies from Pro Sonic must be the sole responsibilities of the recipients. 
  • No discounts on courses offered against freebies offered by Pro Sonic.
  • Certificates (as per course) to be issued to individuals within the maximum period of one month from the date of respective examination.
  • The distribution of the certificates is (and will be) restricted to only in soft-copy and in high quality printable PDF file format. The same shall be emailed to the respective student’s registered email ID with Pro Sonic Edu. No requests shall be accepted related to the certificates email recipient other than the respective student’s registered email ID with Pro Sonic Edu. If under any circumstance a student’s registered email ID needs to be changed, a formal email request of the same has to be performed by the student to the email ID mentioned at the end of this page section. Upon approving the change request and updating a student’s registered email ID with Pro Sonic Edu, all further communications to the student’s previous (old) registered email will be immediately stopped and going forward, all communication will be carried on to the new and updated student’s registered email ID.
  • No physical copy of the certificated are permitted to be handed over to the students under any circumstances and any request for the same shall be rejected.
  • For student(s) under any study finance, certificates will be issued once the study finance settlement is successfully completed. In such cases, respective student(s) are needed to email a copy of the full and final settlement letter from the study finance providing NBFC Partner, to Pro Sonic to receive respective certificate(s).
  • If a personal training related equipment or accessory is damaged, Pro Sonic shall not be responsible for its repair or replacement
  • Opportunities to perform live / talent promotion / internship / placement opportunity activities (provided by Pro Sonic) would entirely depend on individual’s performance during the course curriculum, and shall be judged by the centre authority.
  • Any individual / group promotion(s) activities done by a student to promote themselves including any career based activities, Pro Sonic may use such contents (with actual creator credits) and share them on Pro Sonic media / social media platforms.
  • Any student, if found intoxicated (on illegal smoke substance / drugs), the respective class to be cancelled (without reschedule) and shall be asked to leave the centre premise, duly.
  • Any student, if found carrying alcohol or any illegal smoking or doping substances in the centre (by any means), will be suspended for a minimum period of two weeks with no repeat classes alongside legal actions if applicable..
  • Any damage to the centre property caused by a student / group (other than centre authority & other than training related equipment) shall be chargeable on the student / group. If none is identified to be responsible (other than centre authority), the chargeable amount shall be divided on all the ongoing students.
  • Any damage to training related equipment caused by a student / group (other than centre) shall be chargeable (repair basis) on the student / group. If none is identified to be responsible (other than centre authority), the chargeable amount shall be divided on all the ongoing students.
  • Any damage to property assets caused by a student / group (other than centre authority) shall be chargeable (on brand new cost basis) on the student / group. If none is identified to be responsible (other than centre authority), the chargeable amount shall be divided on all the ongoing students.
  • For any studio related course, student files maintained at our studio, will be a sole property of the studio and will be deleted after a month from the date of completion of the course. If files needed, please follow the Data Recovery Policy.
  • Pro Sonic holds all rights to share / disclose any information (or portions of it) related to any change / updates / upgrades on its operations or information of any progress on its ongoing activities (related or not related to any ongoing in-curriculum students or its alumni) to students or to public. Pro Sonic also holds the rights to decide on the appropriate timings if any such information be shared to either any student or public.

*Violation or non-cooperation of any of the above terms/policies/regulations, respective actions will be taken by Pro Sonic on the responsible individual. 

*Above mentioned terms/policies/regulations are subjected to change without prior notice by the management.

*All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms, policies/regulations of  Pro Sonic, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the parties (Students and or Pro Sonic), shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act and Jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka State.
